Hydraulic Power Pack Design

Essentia has in house capability of design and development of custom built Hydraulic Power Pack System for industrial and mobile applications. A wide variety of manifold options and choice of pumps enables client to match any application requirement with a hydraulic power pack that, meets his system, at the same time ensuring cost effective operation and optimum productivity. We listed below some of basic features of Hydraulic Power Pack:


  • Reservoir for hydraulic fluid – with instrumentation like Oil filler breather suction strainer, Oil Level Indicator, Float Switch and provision for Tank Drain.
  • Electric motor and Hydraulic Pump with suitable coupling.
  • Pressure line, Return line filters.
  • Pressure relief Valve & Pressure Gauge.
  • Direction Control Valve.

We have experience in design of Power pack in the range of 4 kW to 55kW. The system can offer working pressure up to 310 bar and flow up to 125 LPM.

Hydraulic Actuator Design

We have a policy to design the Hydraulic cylinders to original equipment manufacturers to suit their exact requirement. A close contact is developed with the client right from the enquiry stage through all stages of design and development until the correct solution is reached. A modern CAD/CAM system speeds up this process. We design Single Acting Cylinder and Double Acting Cylinder. Design Parameters: We normally consider all the following factors that determine its reliability while designing the cylinder.
